STANDARD RETURN POLICY


You may return your purchase within 14 days

of delivery for a full refund. You must return new

unopened items with all original tags attached accompanied by copy of original invoice and return authorization number.



Please obtain return authorization number prior to sending your return by emailing us. Please title your email : RETURN and include your order number. If the return is a result of our error or a defective product, we will refund the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges upon receiving your return. If the return is not a result of our error and you return the unopened item within 14 days of delivery, we will refund the full cost of the merchandise minus the original shipping charge.

RETURN & EXCHANGE PROCEDURE

Please obtain a return authorization number by emailing us to authorize your return. Please send your return with a copy of the original invoice. Please send your return to the address provided on our invoice.

We will notify you via email with the details of your refund within 14 days of shipping your package back to us. Your refund will be processed in the original form of payment that was used for your original order.

GIFT RETURN & EXCHANGE

If you would like to return your gift, please follow the same guidelines for standard return and exchange policy. Unfortunately, we can ONLY exchange the item or give you store credit for your return.
